John is a 1979 graduate of the University of Idaho with a degree in Industrial Education and Technology.  In addition, he holds a Masters of Science Degree in Education from Washington State University.  John has been a licensed General Contractor for over 30 years and has focused his efforts on Project and Program Management Services as an "Owner's Respresentative" for the past 18 years.  During that time, he spent four years as the Director of the Design and Construction Consulting Services Group for The Staubach Company of the Carolinas in Charlotte.

Bill Lowndes - Lowndes Engineering

With over 27 years of experience in the field of structural engineering, Bill has been fully involved in technical production work, as well as project management and coordination.  Bill’s background also includes survey and construction experience gained through part-time engagements throughout college.  

Diverse engineering experience has been gained through his employment history beginning with two international corporations, followed by eight years with mid-sized civil/structural consulting firm, before founding Lowndes Engineering in 2001. Bill lives with his wife of 25 years and their 7 children in the Grayson, GA area.

Trey Lucas - Trey Lucas Architecture

After earning a business degree from Texas Christian University with an emphasis in Marketing, Trey received his Bachelors of Architecture with distinction from Oklahoma University.  He joined Rees Associates, Inc., a major national architecture firm in the Dallas office where he practiced for 8 years specializing in Health Care and broadcasting.  Trey was also on staff for two years at Page Southerland Page, an architecture and engineering firm with 3 offices in North Texas.

Throughout his 20 years in the industry, Trey's broad experience includes all facets of design and development.  Twelve years ago he formed Trey Lucas Architecture in Atlanta, GA.  He lives in Decatur with his wife and two daughters.
